Adult Squash Camp
On Sunday 18th October 2026 we’ll be running our next adult squash camp.
BECOMING A COMPLETE SQUASH PLAYER
Physicality. Skill. Strategy. Bringing every part of your game together.
Great squash requires more than simply being able to hit the ball well. Your movement affects your technique, your technique influences your options, and your decisions ultimately determine how effectively you compete.
Between 10am and 4pm, we’ll enjoy five hours of coaching, learning, practical workshops and coached match play built around three essential areas:
Physicality - improving movement, balance, recovery and your ability to meet the physical demands of the game.
Skill - developing technique, consistency, control and the quality of your practice.
Strategy - making better decisions, recognising opportunities and building more effective patterns of play.
The aim is to help you bring these different elements together - not only to enjoy an excellent day of squash, but to understand how you can upgrade your training and continue improving afterwards.
You can expect:
• Technical and movement coaching
• Solo and partner training ideas
• Tactical workshops and conditioned games
• Coached match play
• Individual observations and feedback
• Practical tools you can take back into your weekly training
The camp runs from 10am-4pm, players welcome from 9:30am for tea/coffee and to meet everyone before the day starts.
You will have plenty of opportunity to upgrade your squash skills and get to grips with new and challenging squash concepts.
This camp will be hosted at Cumberland Squash Club in North London. Full address:
25 Alvanley Gardens, London, NW6 1JD.
