Programme Details


Starts: Monday 8th or Tuesday 9th September 2025

  • Time: 5:30 PM (choose Monday or Tuesday session)

  • Duration: 6 weeks

  • Format: Live 40-minute Zoom session each week with a small group

  • Cost: £99 per person

  • Plus:

    1. 1:1 initial assessment with Stephen to set goals

    2. Weekly video workouts & printable resources

    3. Live small group junior sessions each week

    4. On-going support

    5. End-of-programme review & tips for continued improvement


Meet the coach

Stephen Thompson is a highly experienced junior squash coach and conditioning specialist, trusted by players and parents alike. His approach combines technical expertise with a passion for helping young athletes enjoy their sport while developing strong, healthy habits.

  • Level 3 England Squash Coach

  • 10+ years of experience with juniors of all levels

  • Track record for producing performance county players

  • DBS-checked and safeguarding trained

  • Passionate about developing confident, respectful young athletes

  • Plays competitively, Over 35 Welsh Champion, 12,000+ SquashLevels


Develop your childs’ squash performance, from home!

It has 3 main objectives:

  1. Coordinate an extra fitness session that is well structured and works on a different area of fitness each week (strength, stamina, balance, explosiveness, power & mobility/flexibility);

  2. Further educate on how to improve in each of the the above areas of fitness and it how it relates to their improved performance;

  3. Provide a greater appreciation of how taking care of our physical and mental health impacts our sports performance.
